Our Response to COVID-19

What we did:

  1. On March 5th, we became increasingly concerned about COVID-19, which led us to purchase cancellation for any reason insurance through Travel Insured International for all students.
  2. When schools cancelled their trips, we were able to refund them all except their non-refundable deposit. Parents were then able to file a claim to receive back 75% of their deposit. This means that after filing a claim, parents lost no more than $70.

As a small business, we are especially proud of the total refund that parents received and how we were able to manage this unprecedented situation.
